  I would give this a zero if i could. I bought a monitor from these guys, click and collect. I drove home and the monitor was secured and everything. No damage to the box. Then i went home an opened it and there was a huge crack on the screen. Now obviously, they had given me a faulty product, and i never broke anything at all. So i went to the shop again the next morning and they refused to give any sort of refund as it is they said It was my fault for breaking it, even though they gave me a faulty product. Obviously I was very agitated, as i opened my box to a faulty product, and they come blaming me, saying I broke it and that it is for warranty to decide. Then their employee terry starts THREATENING to call the police and tells me to leave HIS store, which is absolutely crazy as I have every right to be angry in this situation, where I feel scammed by such a large Franchise of Umart, where they take advantage of their customers. Absolute crap. Never buy from these guys every again. The worst customer service experience I have ever seen from such an established shop
